Beast is a graphical novel about a a Robot on a Star ship trying to protect the human crew from a Spider like alien, similar in tone to the Heavy Metal Illustrated Alien graphic novels. Beast-is a tale almost in the vein of Alien-the Ridley Scott-Sigourney Weaver Film. A Star ship with colonists in the far future is in space Looking for a world to colonize. The Humans on board are in suspended animation for parts of the Trip. There is a sentient Robot on Board, it is their only Protection from a Spider Like alien intent on devouring the crew and occupants. The robot and alien creature face a confrontation.
